AuzGroups is a software company based in Sydney. We build for Australian businesses, and we build for ourselves, which is a different kind of proof than a logo wall.

AuzGroups is led by Kishore Kumar, KK to most people, with more than twenty years in the industry behind him. That experience mostly shows up as knowing what to avoid: which shortcuts cost more later, which problems are worth solving properly the first time, and when to tell a client that the thing they asked for isn't the thing they need.
We also run a live, paid product of our own: real customers, real support tickets, real uptime obligations. That changes how we estimate. Having paid for our own optimistic assumptions tends to make a team conservative in the right places and confident in the others.

If a project isn't a good fit, we'll say so on the first call rather than discover it in month three.

The code, the repositories, the cloud accounts, the domains. All in your name from day one.

You should be clicking something real within weeks. Progress you can only read about isn't progress.

Dependencies age and platforms change. We stay on to maintain what we build, for as long as it's useful.
